SpaceX is targeting Friday, Nov. 6, for a Falcon 9 launch of the USSF-432 mission from Space Launch Complex 4E at Vandenberg Space Force Base, the company says on its mission page. The four-hour launch window opens at 4:46 p.m. PT. A backup opportunity is listed for Saturday, Nov. 7, at 4:32 p.m. PT.

Space Launch Delta 30, the base's host unit, had earlier alerted the public to a Wednesday, Nov. 4, target for the same mission, with liftoff then planned between 5:14 p.m. and 9:14 p.m. PT. The company's current page carries the Friday target, which is the schedule now in effect.

The booster flying the mission will make its eighth flight, according to SpaceX. The company says the same first stage previously flew the GPS III-8 mission and six Starlink missions. After stage separation, the booster is planned to land on the Of Course I Still Love You droneship, stationed in the Pacific Ocean.

A live webcast is scheduled to begin about 10 minutes before liftoff, carried on the company's mission page and on its X account, SpaceX said.

SpaceX also notes that a sonic boom from the launch may be audible across Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties, with what people hear shaped by the weather and other conditions.
